perhaps I may be of service:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Free_Zone_(Scientology)

 Scientologie

The article doesn't really explain the situation adequately -- under German law, a book title is like a trademark, so partly because of the prior existence of the book, Scientology has had to use the spelling "Scientology" rather than "Scientologie" in Germany. Whoever acquired the copyrights to the book, also acquired prima facie claims to the scientologie domain names in the .de registry. But this has very few implications for anything outside Germany... Independent Scientologists

'Independent Scientologist' is not a synonym for 'Freezone' as the first sentence of this article implies, it is a separate movement. My impression from its central website http://markrathbun.wordpress.com/ is that it sees itself as branching off from the Church doctrinally after the death of Hubbard, whereas the Freezone spit off earlier. The term 'Freezone' is never used and most Independents seem inclined to ignore or at least not talk about what opposition to the Church existed before, being focused on removing from office the present Church leader David Miscavige.

There are also other groups emerging, the situation is difficult to keep up with particularly as none are interested in Wikipedia!
